Win to Flash is a remarkable software to make your pendrive into bootable more easily. Sometimes we have to make our pendrive bootable as it is faster then manually windows setup.
Probably it is the easiest way to make your pendrive bootable.
After downloading, click on the red marked icon. then it will open. No tension for installing, because it is a portable software.

Go to advance setting and choose this task. Then click on CREATE.
Here No. 4 is the cd\dvd drive and No. 5 is your pen drive. After selecting this, click on RUN. Then you will see a window like this.
